Our Team
Our London funds practice is expanding and this is an exciting time
to join us. The team primarily advises sponsors on the raising and
operation of real estate, private equity, private credit and venture
capital funds (typically raising amounts from £100 million to £1
billion). In addition, our team acts for select strategic investors
and other fund market participants, such as placement agents.

You
We are looking for an experienced lawyer, qualified in England &
Wales (ideally 5-8 PQE) with a strong track record in private funds.
You must demonstrate solid experience in funds matters and should have
excellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver
high-quality work and take the initiative.
You will be well on the way to building a strong network of your own,
and will be eager to build long-lasting relationships with clients and
potential clients and advisers. You will be coming from a
well-recognised international, national or regional practice, and will
thrive in a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with
our clients and other advisors, so good communication skills are essential.
