We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our global pitch team to

firms, committed to providing insight at the point where law, business
and government meet. We deliver commercially focused business
solutions by combining our legal, lobbying and political capabilities
and invaluable connections on the ground to a diverse mix of clients,

collaborative and international in nature. You will be joining a
global pitch team of seven, working closely with the three other UK

Our Opportunity
You will be responsible for supporting Bid Managers with some of the
most significant and important multi-practice pitches and Request for
Proposal (RFP) responses, with particular focus on UK and EMEA
opportunities. From day one you will help maintain best practice tools
to assist the firm's business development, retention and expansion efforts.
You will principally work on client and target opportunities leading
on completing qualification questionnaires, feeding into pitches,
creating bespoke capability statements and helping with keeping best
practice pitch materials and resources up to date including standard
firm information.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking for a
career with a global reach. You'll have the chance to build long
lasting relationships with colleagues across the globe. This is a
demanding role, and you will need to work to tight deadlines, be
flexible and have excellent writing and presentation skills, with a
keen attention to detail. In return you will have the opportunity to
take ownership of a number of projects where your specialist input
will result in the future growth and success of the firm's client base.
You
To be successful, you will ideally have 1-2 years' experience in a
similar role. This role is perfect for someone who may be looking to
take the next step up in their career. Experience working in a
professional services/corporate environment with a good understanding
of the business world would be preferred but is not essential.
Knowledge and experience in bid management/documentation production
and best practice would be beneficial, as would an understanding of
marketing principles. You will also need to possess strong MS Office
skills - especially PowerPoint and Word.
You will need to be a dynamic, creative and determined individual who
can use their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
This role can be busy and therefore a professional "can do"
attitude and the ability to work under pressure is critical.
