We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our thriving
Singapore team and manage the delivery of day-to-day administrative
support services to the office

Our Office
Located in a commercial center of growing importance, our Singapore
office is positioned to help clients take advantage of the
opportunities afforded by increasingly open and broad Asia Pacific markets.
Our Singapore office represents multinational corporations,
governments and banks in major infrastructure projects, cross border
transactions, financing arrangements and commercial transactions in
Singapore, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
With a headcount of around 30, we are a friendly and professional
team, including our excellent office support team, who cover
everything from secretarial services to finance and billing and
support our lawyers in delivering the best service to their clients.
Our Opportunity
In this varied role, you will support senior leaders with the
operations of the Singapore office, including matters related to our
premises, IT, finance, business development and marketing, and human
resources (HR).
You will play a key role in ensuring that services provided by staff
in Singapore are delivered effectively to meet the needs of the office
and the wider firm, taking a hands-on role in HR-related matters
including recruitment, new joiner onboarding, training and
development, performance reviews, and compliance.
There will be opportunities to assist with the preparation of annual
budgets, office accounting and billing, as well as the local expenses
and payroll processes. You will also have responsibility for the
office record management function, ensuring the firm's compliance with
local laws and regulations.
This role is critical in ensuring that the office functions
efficiently and consistently, so you'll collaborate regularly with
both local and global IT colleagues, as well as Facilities Management,
and Operations functions.
You
You will be a dedicated and hardworking self-starter, ideally with at
least two years' experience in a similar office support role within a
professional services firm. You will need a good command of written
and spoken English and you should ideally be familiar with office
software e.g. Microsoft Office suite.
