We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Singapore office
and provide outstanding support in matters such as client onboarding,
billing, and general accounting services.

Our Office
Located in a commercial center of growing importance, our Singapore
office is positioned to help clients take advantage of the
opportunities afforded by increasingly open and broad Asia Pacific markets.
Our Singapore office represents multinational corporations,
governments and banks in major infrastructure projects, cross border
transactions, financing arrangements and commercial transactions in
Singapore, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
With a headcount of around 30, we are a friendly and professional
team, including our excellent office support team, who cover
everything from secretarial services to finance and billing and
support our lawyers in delivering the best service to their clients.
Our Opportunity
In this role you will ensure that critical compliance processes are
being followed, and all required documentation is in place for new
client engagements. You'll be responsible for the billing process,
preparing invoices and ensuring accuracy in our billing and reporting.
You will also liaise with our clients, our lawyers and the secretarial
team to ensure any outstanding bills are collected in a timely manner,
as well as providing ad-hoc support to our Finance Specialist.
You
You will be a dedicated and hardworking self-starter, ideally with at
least three years' experience in a similar role within a legal or
professional services firm. You will need to be highly numerate, with
strong analytical skills, as well as fluency in written and spoken
English. You will have a good grasp of office software e.g. Microsoft
Office suite and ideally have experience working with a recognised
accounting system.
