The HR Assistant will be aligned to the Reward & Benefits Manager, but also work closely with the wider HR team.

Our Opportunity

You will provide high quality support to the HR team and internal clients, with an emphasis on the processing of HR data, management information and entering data into the HR system. We recognise hard work and commitment; and in return, we will give you the opportunity to develop and gain valuable experience from across our HR offering.

You

You will have at least 6 months experience working in a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar position, ideally within a large multi-site organisation. Experience of working with a HR database is essential. You will also be experienced in using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

You will be used to working in a busy environment where you have to deal with multiple competing demands and tight deadlines. You will need to have great interpersonal skills, which will allow you to work well within this team.
