The Labor & Employment team in Spain has a large and diverse
client base and works in close co-operation with our Global Labor
& Employment Practice, providing solution-oriented legal services
spanning all aspects of complex local, cross-border and
multi-jurisdictional employment matters. Our aim is to continuously
build long-term relationships with our clients and help them to
achieve successful outcomes.
Our Opportunity
We are looking for an Employment Associate with up to 2 years'
experience in Spanish labour & employment law to work on a range
of contentious and non-contentious work, including some corporate
employment matters.
You will be working as part of a team in a multicultural,
international and challenging environment and will be offered work in
all areas of labor & employment law. You will be working with some
extremely well-respected partners nationally and internationally,
being part of a team that encourages personal skills development,
teamwork and growth and which we believe really stands out from the
rest of the market.
You
Ideally, we are looking for someone with between 1 to 2 years'
experience as an Employment Associate in a medium or large law firm.
You'll be a Spanish qualified lawyer with an excellent academic record
and strong commercial and communication skills. A post-graduate
qualification in Labour & Employment Law is considered a valuable
asset. You will be fluent in Spanish and have excellent command of
business English. You will be confident, motivated and eager to
develop long-lasting relationships. Our associates work closely with
our clients and other advisors so good communication skills and the
ability to build rapport easily are essential.
