We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our
highly successful Litigation team in our Birmingham office. This is an

Our Team
Our UK Litigation practice is dedicated to providing clients with
strategic advice and advocacy on their most complex litigation and
dispute resolution needs across the globe. There is a focus towards
corporate and commercial work, with specific niche areas such as
sanctions/export controls, procurement, education and pensions litigation.
Our Opportunity
Our highly successful Litigation group in Birmingham is looking for a
commercial litigator to work on a broad spread of matters across our
global platform. The partners in the group advise on a wide range of
litigious issues.
Our goal is to ensure that our litigation and advocacy strategy is
aligned with our clients' business and commercial interests, on both a
global and regional level. We are focused on providing our clients
with the highest quality of service and representation and becoming a
long-term trusted adviser.
We want to see you succeed in this role so you will have plenty of
support and the opportunity to represent our firm when meeting clients
and enhance your business development skills.
You
You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and have a
solid background in Commercial Litigation (ideally 3-6 PQE). You will
be able to demonstrate that you are enthusiastic, driven and keen to
develop your business development skills. You will be committed to
building a long-term career in this area of the country and in this
area of law. You will be happy to turn your hand to whatever comes
your way, as well as be solution-focused, with clients at the centre
of all you do.
Strong academics are a given, but the ability to turn your academic
knowledge into client-focused commercial advice will be key to
succeeding in this role. Ideally, you will be coming from a
well-recognised international, national or regional practice.
