We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate (ideally
4+ PQE) with a proven track record in M&A, to join our successful

You
You'll be an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with a solid
background M&A, private equity or equity capital markets. You'll
have a demonstrable track record in corporate matters and should have
excellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver
high-quality work and take the initiative.
You will be eager to build long-lasting relationships with clients
and potential clients and advisers. You will be coming from a
well-recognised international, national or regional practice and
ideally have international experience. You will thrive in a
collaborative team environment and will work closely with our clients
and other advisors so good communication skills are essential.
