As the firm continues to grow, so does our need for experienced talent. Our Global Finance Team is currently seeking a Collections Analyst. Reporting to the firm's Financial Controller, this role is part of a national team responsible for ensuring clients' timely payments for services rendered. The Collections Analyst will work with Firm Attorneys to establish contact with their clients as it relates to delinquent Matters.The Collection Analyst will be integral in establishing relationships with the Attorneys and their clients to assist in managing the inventory portfolio. This will include, but is not limited to, contact to clients for payments, establish payment arrangements/settlement, conduct reconciliations of accounts, generate related reports, report analysis and communication between Clients, Attorneys and Firm management.

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in credit and/or collections in lieu of a degree. We require a minimum of four years of experience in collections in a professional services environment or equivalent experience with Global 500 companies.The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Excel and Word is required.
