We are seeking a talented and knowledgeable Conflicts Analyst. The position is remote and can be located in Cleveland, Columbus, Phoenix or Tampa. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.

This position is responsible for reviewing conflicts requests for accuracy and liaising with secretaries and lawyers to obtain clarification or additional information; running thorough conflict searches and reviewing a high volume of data with the ability to make judgment calls to produce accurate and comprehensive reports; and understanding how to prioritize requests in order for lawyers to receive reports in a timely manner. The goal of this function is to prevent risk and assist the Firm in the business intake function of new clients and new matters.

We require a high school diploma/GED and two years law firm experience or a combination of education and experience. This role requires strong analysis, communication and customer service skills. Additionally, candidates must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. There is an occasional need for over-time in this position. Experience with conflict checkiing software is preferred.
