We have an exciting opportunity for a
Client Relationship Manager (known internally as Client Programme
Manager) to join our global Business Development & Marketing
team in either Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester.
As a Client Programme Manager you
will be responsible for providing a full range of support for
clients on the Client Programme, working closely with the wider
Business Development and Marketing team to ensure a joined up and
comprehensive service for clients. This is a varied role and busy
role that will involve client-facing activities and key stakeholder management.
Travel to all our UK locations will
be required.

Our Team
Our global Business Development and
Marketing team includes over 65 colleagues working together to
provide frontline support and advice at a practice, industry and
office level - much of the work being collaborative and
international in nature. This role will report to the Head of Client
Programme, and forms part of the firm's wider Business Development
and Marketing (BD&M) team.
Our Opportunity
You'll be responsible for supporting
all aspects of the Client Programme; acting as a key account manager
on a number of the firm's key clients to develop a detailed
knowledge base of the clients' teams, organisations and industries.
You'll be championing the Client Programme and securing buy-in, as
well as joining up the dots for key stakeholders and clients through
your knowledge of the firm and the services it can provide. With
support from the wider BD&M team as appropriate, you will also
deliver pitches, events and other activity for clients on the programme.
You'll be ensuring that client
development best practices are adopted and adding value to the
development and growth of the Client Programme Toolkit in addition
to delivering high quality and compelling reporting to monitor the
progress of key accounts.
You'll also be participating in our
Client Listening Programme to support with the delivery of our
client service goals and supporting the Head Of Client Programme in
delivering a market-leading value added services program for
programme clients. You'll also be supporting the Head Of Client
Programme supervising junior members of the team.

You
This is a busy and fast-paced
environment that requires a confident and motivated self-starter
with exceptional project management and organisational skills. You
will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
in order to demonstrate your credibility to key stakeholders,
alongside an ability to build strong working Programmes at all
levels and work collaboratively to achieve your objectives.
You'll have previous experience
working in a legal services environment and supporting clients to
deliver their requirements including client listening and debriefing
activities. International experience and an understanding of
geopolitical issues would be advantageous.
