We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to be the
personal assistant to the Global Head of Business Acceptance and act
as team administrator for the Global Business Acceptance team.
Reporting directly into the Global Head of Business Acceptance, you
will need to demonstrate a wide range of skills, as well as regularly
balance multiple competing priorities - from managing diaries and
regular travel arrangements, to implementing and overseeing a complex
resource management system, to assisting with day-to-day team
management tasks, to providing general support on various team
projects. You will be expected to sit at the heart of the global team
to ensure it is operating as efficiently as possible from an
administration perspective. Your continued, overarching focus will be
supporting the Global Head of Business Acceptance in their role and
ensuring the global team is able to drive its strategy forward. We are
