An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Records Administrator to join
our Brand Management team. The role will report into the Brand
Management Operations Manager in London and will be required to liaise
effectively with fee earners and support staff within the group, but
also to liaise and coordinate with people from other relevant
disciplines and teams including clients and colleagues oversees.
What you'll do
Record creation.
Matter creation (general) and client conflict checks.
Review of post and saving incoming correspondence to Filesite.
Processing and docketing all TMO actions and correspondence to WebTMS.
Processing and docketing of global agent communications to WebTMS.
Processing and docketing dispute related communications to WebTMS.
Creation of reminders and deadlines in WebTMS.
Updating WebTMS ensuring deadlines and reminders are removed as appropriate.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superb
attention to detail.
An ability to stay calm in demanding situations in particular when
the fee-earners are operating under pressure.
Excellent and proven organisational skills.
A proven ability to deal with confidential
Keenness to work in a challenging, team-based environment with
flexibility regarding working hours.
In addition, we expect candidates to demonstrate:
An ability to build strong working relationships, both internally
and externally.
The ability to liaise effectively with fee earners and support
staff within the group, but also to liaise and coordinate with
people from other relevant disciplines and teams including clients
and colleagues oversees.
Being keen to work in a challenging, team-based environment with
flexibility regarding working hours.
