We are looking to recruit a Mid-level Associate to join our Commercial Practice Group in the London office. This role will have a particular focus on working with retail & consumer brands, with a breadth of work across largely business to business transactions as well as the integration of different routes to market including e-commerce/ direct consumer transactions. The brands will come from a variety of sectors, but with a particular focus on; retail (including luxury brands), wellness focused businesses, food & beverage and hotels, and hospitality and leisure sectors.

This team is consistently and increasingly busy so there is an opportunity to play an active role internally and through business development to help grow and shape the firm's offering in this area. Many client mandates in this area are also cross-border, meaning the successful candidate with have the opportunity to work with colleagues across Bird & Bird's international network.
