The team
Our corporate lawyers have many collective
years of experience advising media and technology companies on a
broad range of corporate and corporate finance transactions. We
regularly work on investments, mergers and acquisitions and joint
ventures in this space. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a
professional support lawyer to join our growing corporate team.
The role
We are looking for a PSL to join our
corporate team on a 12 month fixed term contract to manage and
review our corporate precedent bank. The candidate should have 4+
years of precedent experience, ideally in corporate or M&A.
Precedents include:
buy side and sell side share purchase agreements
buy side and sell side asset/business
purchase agreements
subscription and shareholders agreements
private company articles of association
Attention to detail, the ability to work
autonomously and excellent organisational skills are a requirement
for this role.
