The Dispute Resolution team holds a strong international presence and has accrued vast experience in national, international, and cross-border litigation disputes. Ambassadors of the firm's collegiate working environment, the Dispute Resolution team often works in partnership with other departments to ensure our clients receive a comprehensive service.

Those within the Dispute Resolution team strongly adhere to the departmental vision of:

The Role

You will be expected to provide paralegal support and report in the first instance to the Dispute Resolution Knowledge Lawyers. Beyond that, and on an ad hoc basis, you may also be expected to provide paralegal support to other lawyers within the DR department. Ultimately you will be responsible to the partners within the DR department. You will proactively contribute to the department and, ultimately, the firm's success by actively seeking to anticipate the needs of the DR knowledge team and fee earning lawyers in the DR team, in addition to having a full understanding and supporting the crucial administrative processes that help the team function to the best of its ability.

You will be expected to take responsibility for a varied workload and to communicate effectively. As well as working directly with the department's lawyers, you will be working closely with various non-legal colleagues to ensure a seamless and collaborative support function is available and adds value to the department.
